privacy policy ("Policy") describes how Website Operator,
Website/Mobile Application Developer ("Website Operator",
"Website/Mobile Application Developer", "we",
"us" or "our") collects, protects and uses the personally
identifiable information ("Personal Information") you
("User", "you" or "your") may provide in https://cloudtree.ie or in the ACADeMy Website/Mobile Application and any of its products
or services (collectively, "Website", " Mobile Application",
"ACADeMy" or "Services").
It also
describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal
Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy
does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or
to individuals that we do not employ or manage.
Automatic collection of information
When you
open the Website/Website/Mobile Application our servers automatically record
information that your device sends. This data may include information such as
your device's IP address and location, device name and version, operating
system type and version, language preferences, information you search for in
our Website/Mobile Application, access times and dates, and other statistics.
Information
collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and
establish statistical information regarding Website/Mobile Application traffic
and usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a
way that would identify any particular user of the system.

You can

so on the settings page of your account in the Website/Mobile Application.

with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements unless
a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may use any
aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after
you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you

make our Website/Mobile Application and Services available to you, or to meet a

you do not provide the information that we request, we may not be able to

Information transfer and storage
We have encrypted all the identifiable
information recorded on ACADeMy. Therefore, in an
unlikely case of a security breach, it is nearly impossible to identify the
information owner. Your data is stored in a database managed by us and hosted
in the EU.
The rights of users
You have the right to access any
information we have about you free of charge. Your data will be stored on our
database for as long as you have an account with ACADeMy.
You can also withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account on ACADeMy. By deleting your account on ACADeMy
any information about you is removed from our databases. This will not include
the paper or electronic copies that other users might have taken of the posts,
comments or opinions you have made available to them. When there are comments
made on your questions or posts by others, that post cannot be removed as it
includes information owned by other parties. However, all your personal data
will be disconnected from those posts and removed.
ACADeMy will send you limited number of notifications when other
users need your help. You can withdraw from that any time by disallowing ACADeMy to send you notifications on your device.
The right to object to processing
ACADeMy by nature needs to process your data to be able to connect
you to other users most similar to you. Therefore, without grating us a consent
to process your data we are unfortunately unable to provide our services to
you. You can always opt out by deleting your account.
How to exercise these rights
Any
requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the
contact details provided in this document. These requests can be exercised free
of charge and will be addressed by the Owner as early as possible.
Privacy of children
We do not
knowingly allow registration of any children under the age of 16 in ACADeMy Application/website. If you are under the age of 16,
please do not register and do not submit any Personal Information through our
Website/Mobile Application or Service. We encourage parents and legal guardians
to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by
instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through our
Website/Mobile Application or Service without their permission.
If you have
reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal
Information to us through our Website/Mobile Application or Service, please
contact us. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the
processing of your Personal Information in your country (we may allow your
parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Links to other Website/Mobile Applications
Our
Website/Mobile Application contains links to other Website/Mobile Applications
that are not owned or controlled by us and are submitted by other users. Please
be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other
Website/Mobile Applications or third-parties. We encourage you to be aware when
you leave our Website/Mobile Application and to read the privacy statements of
each and every Website/Mobile Application that may collect Personal
Information.
Information security
We secure
information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure
environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We
maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in an
effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and

event we become aware that the security of the Website/Mobile Application has
been compromised or users Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated
third parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to,
security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate
measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well
as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. In the
event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected
individuals if we believe that there is a reasonable risk of harm to the user
as a result of the breach or if notice is otherwise required by law. When we
do, we will post a notice in the Website/Mobile Application.

law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, and when we
believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights,
protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a

and will notify you of any material changes to the way in which we treat
